Marta Salvadó - the soul of Q&diet

I am Marta, from Andorra, an entrepreneur and passionate about the natural world. I have been fascinated by stones, minerals and everything related to energy and well-being for many years. Since I was a little girl, my parents affectionately called me "witch", and maybe they were right: I have always had this curiosity to discover, learn and look for different ways to help people.

My personal and professional path

I studied Human Nutrition and Dietetics (Ramon Llull University) , and I immediately saw that taking care of yourself goes far beyond food: it is a lifestyle. That is why I have never stopped training and experimenting. I have a European Master in Nutrition and Metabolism (University of Navarra) and another in Food Safety Quality (University of Vic) .

I have also studied Bach Flowers, Naturopathy, Bush Flowers (Australia) and currently Astrology , always with the idea of finding connections between body, mind and emotions.

I have applied all this knowledge first to myself, then to my friends and family, and finally, to all the people who trust Q&diet.

My way of working

I like to see people as a whole. You are not just a symptom or a problem: you are emotions, habits, history and motivation. That's why, when I do a Bach Flower session or advise you in the store, I always try to get to know you a little more, to find that "right key" that can help you. My goal is for you to leave feeling calmer, more at ease and with the feeling that there are options and paths to feeling better.

Each story reminds me that the most important thing is not to sell a product, but to help you find a solution.
