Our origins

Q&diet is the result of the union between an entrepreneurial father and a nutritionist daughter.

Guillem brought the business vision and drive and Marta the technical knowledge and passion for the world of well-being. In 2006 we started as an alternative and quality food store for people with specific needs: intolerances, allergies, gluten-free or sugar-free products. It was an initial stage where Guillem was in charge of management and Marta was in charge of technical advice.

Over the years, the project grew and we adapted to customer demands and market evolution. In this second stage, Marta took on all the functions.

Currently, nutrition continues to be an important part, but today Q&diet is much more: an alternative reference point where you can find a wide range of natural products, supplements and support for therapies, whether conventional or alternative.

At Q&diet, Mari and Laura will serve you in a friendly and approachable manner, offering you the products that best suit your needs. They have the trust and support of Marta at all times.

We believe that taking care of yourself is not a fad or a quick-fix business. It is a lifestyle that combines nutrition, supplementation and emotional well-being. At Q&diet:
